Our sea-run King Salmon come from Akaroa Harbour. The cold waters ensure an elegant, balanced taste with a firm flesh.

Try it with your favourite Chardonnay or Sauvignon blanc!

We de-bone but leave the skin on these fillets to ensure maximum flavour. Perfect for making gravlax baked in the oven.

We can also cut your Salmon into steaks , just let us know in the order notes.
