The world needs more love expressed. We can’t love each other too much! I grew up in a generation that often didn’t express their love, but I knew that I was going to shower my kids with lots of it. One of my main goals was to ensure they knew, without any shadow of a doubt, that they were loved unconditionally – especially on their bad days.

I started writing notes and adding them into my boys’ lunchboxes. What I didn’t
