The world needs more love expressed. We can’t love each other too much! I grew up in a generation that often didn’t express their love, but I knew that I was going to shower my kids with lots of it. One of my main goals was to ensure they knew, without any shadow of a doubt, that they were loved unconditionally – especially on their bad days.

Sometimes showing love looks like sharing a message that is meaningful to a person at that time in their life. These quotes are designed to be uplifting and meaningful, and they just add a little something to think about.

I started writing little notes and adding them into my teenage boys’ lunchboxes. What I didn’t realise is that they have kept every one of them. I was blown away with how much my little love notes meant to them.
