Crafted from six premium vineyard sites in the heart of the Waipara Valley, a beautifully expressive, medium-bodied red that delivers both vibrancy and depth.
Aromas of black plum, ripe cherry, and warm mixed spice lead into a juicy, fruit-driven palate, supported by rich tannins and smooth French oak integration. The finish is long, fine, and elegant, making it a perfect food wine for shared meals and great conversation.
A warm, dry growing season ensured exceptional ripeness and flavour development. Hand-harvested grapes underwent extended skin contact fermentation for up to 21 days, followed by five months of French oak maturation, enhancing texture and complexity.
Food Match: Ideal with roasted duck, mushroom risotto, or herb-crusted lamb.
