Cardrona Distillery 'Rose Rabbit' Orange Liqueur 750ml

Their small batch Rose Rabbit orange liqueur is hand-made with New Zealand orange peel macerated in rich Cardrona un-aged Single Malt Spirit. Fresh orange zest dominates the nose while the Single Malt character blossoms in the mouth. Lingering sweetness.
Perfect sipped neat, over ice or mixed into a cocktail such as our favourite from the Cardrona Distillery themselves - a Rose Rabbit Orange Iced Tea:

- 30ml Cardrona Rose Rabbit Orange Liqueur
- 45ml cold Earl Grey tea
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar, or simple syrup such as Crawley's Cocktail Simple
- Soda water to top
- Mint
- Orange slice

Build in Collins/highball glass, stir and add ice (a spear is best if you have one!), and top with soda. Garnish with fresh mint and an orange slice.
