Hector's Little River Lemon Verbena Gin

Named after the Hector's dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector's Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula. Lemon verbena from Little River, kelp, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a bright citrus gin with herbaceous notes and hints of peppery spice. Zingy and vivacious with a glorious lemony scent. Every bottle is a taste of Akaroa.
