Handcrafted in our coveted luxurious blend of silk and cashmere, the Z Top is an asymmetric one sleeve design. Fully fashioned with a continuous sleeve that wraps around the neck seamlessly. On the opposite side of the garment an adjustable drawstring tie creates multi look and length options. Available in black.
