Magnesium sulphate is a compound of magnesium, sulfur and oxygen commonly called Epsom Salts. The name comes from a saline spring in Epsom, Surrey England where the salt was produced. Add 1 Tablespoon of Salts to your bath water to help soothe the body on all levels. It can also be used in protection and purification blends.
