Rustic White Rice Bread

A rustic loaf of white rice bread that is soft enough to make hearty sandwiches without falling apart like many gluten free breads do. It also makes delicious French toast, toast, toasted sandwiches and bread pudding. This bread comes in two sizes, a standard large loaf and a cube loaf. The cube loaf is shorter than the standard loaf but you can still cut traditional full sized slices.
