Turkish Kilim—Dari

Dari is a Turkish Kilim rug. A wonderful semi-old kilim rug from the Eastern Anatolian city of Kars. Hand-woven using slit-weave technique, and woven in naturally dyed yarn. This kilim is a perfect representation of the deep earthy colours used in this part of Turkey which are in contrast to most of the vibrant and bold colourful Turkish kilims.
