Smoked paprika – smoky with a bitter/sweet flavour. The paprika comes unexpectedly at the back of the palate. Excellent on Spanish dishes and mashed potato.

Smoked chilli – spicy but not too hot. Chipotle chillis smoked in Manuka, ground to a powder and added to the oil, then left to infuse for several weeks. Ideal with shellfish, avocado, steak and chocolate ice-cream.

Lemon – our best-selling infused oil made with the oil from the rind of the lemon and extra virgin olive oil. The lemon adds a zesty taste to green vegetables, fish and chicken. Superb over vanilla ice-cream and sea salt.

Cumin – a spicy infusion of extra virgin olive oil and the oil from cumin seeds. This infusion is excellent with lamb or tossed over roasted vegetables – cauliflower, potatoes, parsnips and carrots.

Porcini – dried Italian mushrooms seeped in extra virgin olive oil for several weeks. Its nutty, earthy flavour is superb on risottos, pasta or anything to do with eggs.

Olive oil soap – hand made from only extra virgin olive oil and lye in the traditional way. The perfume is lemongrass and bergamot. The soap has been cured for 8 weeks which makes it longer lasting.

Vanilla – warm, comforting and unusual. The vanilla infused oil is a limited edition because it depends on the underlying extra virgin being milder to bring the vanilla flavour through. Excellent on shellfish, desserts or roasted fruits.

Very unusual and very Provencal. Aromatic,, fragrant and slightly woody. Check out the recipes listed but lovely on semi dried tomatoes on bruschetta, brushed over salmon and whipped into a panna cotta. A very limited edition.
