4kg Beef Whole Rump
The Rump is from the back of the animal but not quite as far back as you might think – there is still the Topside and Silverside right on the back. These are commonly called Round Steak in other parts of the world.
The Whole Rump is actually made up of three distinct muscles, unlike the Tenderloin, Rib Eye or Striploin which is just one. The Rump is really special..a Pitmaster's delight.
