Cuvée Thérèse Rosé Extra Brut Vintage 2016 - Dry, elegant, and refined, with over 7 years on the lees. Intense strawberry and raspberry aromas, pure and balanced, in the style of top vintage Champagnes.
Dry Riesling 2019 – Rare, crisp, and dry, with honeyed aromas, bright minerality, and a pure, terroir-driven expression. Built for long ageing, evolving into layered, elegant flavours.
Sauvignon Blanc ‘Grande Duchesse’ 2020 – Rare and opulent, with exotic fruits and white florals; reminiscent of the finesse and depth of top Bordeaux whites, yet unmistakably Hans Herzog.
Mistral 2021 (Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne) – Opulent Rhône-style white with exotic fruits and Mediterranean herb notes. Marsanne and Roussanne add depth and complexity, creating an intriguing, expressive palate.
Gewürztraminer 2020 – Rare, dry, and intensely aromatic, with lychee, rose petals, and textured richness. A flavour powerhouse for bold Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or spiced dishes.
Botrytis Riesling 2017 – Truly handcrafted, luscious yet vibrant, with honey, apricot, honeysuckle, and citrus notes. Intensely concentrated like liquid gold, a rare and highly prized sweet wine.
Pinot Noir ‘Grand Duc’ 2019 – Multi-layered and complex, with an ethereal fragrance. Carefully selected vines and extended barrel ageing give richness, depth, and exceptional quality.
Blaufränkisch 2021 – New Zealand’s only Blaufränkisch, elegant, ethereal, and complex. Soft tannins, peppery spice, and dark fruit are balanced by savoury acidity for a rich, layered finish.
Saperavi 2019 – Rare Georgian red with naturally red flesh, offering layered blackberry, cherry, and spice. Powerful yet balanced, with silky tannins and remarkable depth of colour and flavour.
