Based in Christchurch, Cannonhill produce high-quality mayos and dipping sauces, full of flavour, fresh natural ingredients, and affordable. We have three great varieties to pair with salmon:

Saffron, Dill & Mustard Mayo - a one-stop dressing, described as "liquid velvet", an all time favourite that never disappoints and smartens up the simplest of ingredients

Tartare with Soft Roast Chillies - think "Tartare", with roasted chillies, fresh herbs, some secret ingredients mixed in the creamiest and smoothest of mayos.

Wasabi Mayo - the taste of wasabi without the intense heat: Don't be afraid
