Traditionally cured grass-fed New Zealand lamb from A Lady Butcher.

This lamb prosciutto has a rich flavour, highlighted by the natural accompaniments of fresh rosemary and cracked black pepper. Serve on a platter or wrap around slices of cucumber/melon, drizzled with olive oil. 60g packet.
