Over The Moon Black Sheep Cheese
This is an Ossau-Iraty style semi-hard sheep’s cheese from the Basque region in France. The smoked paprika on the rind gives it a smoky flavour, and the cheese is fruity and nutty with a creamy texture and ivory white interior.
