Royal Bengal Brew
Single-estate - Loose-leaf - GTGFOP1 Clonal
Bold as a Bengal. Smooth as silk. Grown where the wild heart of Assam meets generations of craftsmanship.
From the lush, rolling plains of Upper Assam, nourished by the mighty Brahmaputra River, comes one of India’s most celebrated teas:. Grown at the prestigious Halmari Estate, this 2024 Second Flush harvest represents the pinnacle of Assam’s tea-making tradition — known globally for its malty depth, golden tips, and vibrant strength.
Halmari is no ordinary estate. Situated in the Dibrugarh district, it has been producing award-winning teas for over 100 years. Its unique combination of low altitude, humid climate, rich loamy soil, and expert clonal cultivation gives rise to teas with exceptional body, brightness, and aromatic complexity.
This batch — a GTGFOP1 Clonal (Golden Broken Flowery Orange Pekoe) — is handpicked during the peak of the second flush. The leaves boast an abundance of striking golden tips, the hallmark of premium Assam tea, and are processed with meticulous care to preserve their natural sweetness and layered flavour.
