2010 produced a wine that is very powerful but still elegant and fragrant. A very deep purple colour leads to elements of complex red fruits on the nose. Blackberry and currants mixed with secondary notes of liquorice black pepper and spice. This wine will age gracefully for many years to come.

This densely coloured single vineyard syrah has been aged in French oak for 18 months. It has aromas of ripe blackberry, plum and spicy pepper, complimented by great depth and complexity.

This complex ‘fortified’ port port has been aged in oak barriques for 3 and a half years to produce a tawny style port which is deeply colored with coffee/spice aromas, sweet fruit flavors and velvety texture.
