The casing can be used with any sausage maker. This length of this casing should make about 5kg of sausages. If you need more than 10 metres, it is more economical to buy a 1/2 hank or a whole hank.

The casing is preserved in natural salt and will keep in the fridge for at least 1 year in the fridge.
