This powder is used for curing all meats that require cooking, smoking, and canning. This would include poultry, fish, hams, bacon, luncheon meats, corned beef and many.

100 grams goes a long way – you will only need 1 level teaspoon for every 2.5kg of meat.

Comes with a cure meter so you will know exactly how much you need for the quantity of meat you have. (The cure meter will be sent by email as a link)

Contains 6.3 % Sodium Nitrite.
