Ardnoch 'Thompson Bros' Blended Malt 5 years old 52.7%

An exciting collaboration between Dornoch and Ardnamurchan Distilleries, Ardnoch is a vatting of ex Islay Quarter Casks containing Dornoch spirit and a Hogshead from Ardnamurchan. On the nose there are aromas of green bananas, tangy lemon sherbet, nettles, smoky beeswax and fresh mint. The palate opens up with notes of honeydew, tea biscuits and flapjacks, followed by salted macadamia nuts, orange zest and minty humbugs.
