James Eadie Speyside 10 Year Old 48.3%

This bottling from Dailuaine Distillery in Speyside has been matured for ten years, with a finish in European Oak ex Oloroso Hogsheads. The nose opens up with rich fruity aromas, cooked plums and tangy rhubarb, alongside chocolate dipped raisins, cinnamon and aged leather. On the palate there are notes of ripe stone fruits, almond butter and sweet spice.
