Caol Ila 'Blackadder' 2012 / 11 years old 58.1%

Distilled at Caol Ila distillery on the 23rd of August 2012, this classic Islay whisky was given a secondary maturation, known as a finish, in a sherry butt. Bottled without heavy filtration and dilution at natural cask strength, allowing for some cask residue to remain in the bottle.
