This 18 year old single malt from the Glen Scotia distillery has a complex flavour profile thanks to a 17 year maturation in American Oak, with a final year in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. A balance of floral and spice with the distinct coastal edge of a Campbeltown whisky, it has aromas of thick sweet salted toffee and perfumed floral notes, with rich vanilla pudding on the palate is accompanied with fresh apricot, pineapple and plump sultanas.
