Singleton Dufftown 'Malt Master' 40%

Dr Craig Wilson, Malt Master, has specially selected whisky from three different cask types, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso, refill and first fill ex-bourbon, to produce this whisky. The nose has notes of fragrant fresh fruit and honey. It then develops into notes of juicy pear, sweet spice and warming white pepper.
