Glenlossie's spirit is on show with this latest Adelphi bottling, selected from a refill ex-bourbon cask. Tasting like it was made in the tropics, there is a distinctly fruity melon quality to this dram, with honeydew and cantaloupe joined by gooseberry and green apples. A flavour of home made vanilla ice cream served with shortbread builds to white pepper and mint jelly in the finish.
