Matured for 13 years in an ex-Marsala cask, this is a rare example of full maturation in this type of fortified wine barrel. Typically used for a secondary maturation due to its strong influence, it brings a particularly sweet, lush flavour and a creamy spicyness to the whisky. Inchgower's traditional style is rich with vanilla creamyness joining a soft peachy macerated fruit quality.

Matured in an uncommon 'Palo Cortado' ex-sherry butt, this 14 year old Inchgower carries lashings of citrus flavours and nutty tones, with seville marmalade, orange blossom water and nougat. On the palate, a richly woody character of candied walnut, pine needle and cedar give way to cherries and eucalyptus.

This 15 year old Inchgower was finished in a rarer type of sherry cask, Amontillado, for a period of 21 months, this is a lush example of the distillery style, with syrupy fruit-salad qualities and treacle. With the tropical fruityness there is also treacle and a drying nutty pistachio note.

This outturn, bottled by Murray McDavid sees spirit from Inchgower distillery married with Madeira wine barriques.The madeira casks compliment the spicy and fruity nature of Inchgower's spirit, bringing notes of sweet orchard fruits, honied cereal, rich chocolate, with a warming finish of sweet spicy oak.

Distilled in 2008 at the Inchgower distillery on the north east coast of Scotland, this 15 year old offers a light and summery style of whisky, with flavours of banana, berries and apple fruityness being developed after years of slow maturation. A buttery note of shortbread joins peppery spice to finish.
