This 17 year old expression from Blair Athol distillery is a fantastic example of Virgin Oak maturation. Four years in a Virgin Oak cask has left its mark on this dram, with notes of rich vanilla custard, banana fritters and toasted coconut, with honey roasted peanuts rounding out the finish.
