This 2025 release from Kilchoman has a unique cask composition, made up of a mixture of different cask types, including ex-bourbon barrels, octaves and Calvados (apple brandy) casks. Fresh and fruity to start, a rich sweet smoke that is infused with tropical pineapple and hibiscus, with herbaceous undertones and plenty of dried apple, lingering on soft peaty bonfire smoke.
