Springbank 'Cask Strength 2025 Release' 12 years old 55.9%

The lastest outturn of Springbank's much loved 'Cask Strenth' release has been bottled from a parcel of ex Bourbon, Sherry and Rum casks with a ratio of 60% sherry, 35% bourbon and 5% rum.

The nose is sweet and vibrant with notes of juicy pineapple and fresh baked banana bread. A wiff of coastal peat smoke kicks off the palate, followed by creamy notes of milk chocolate and creme brulee, continuing on throughout the finish alongside sweet woody cinnamon notes.
