Maturing for 13 years in refill and virgin oak casks this whisky from Mortlach has been bottled at cask strength of 55.9%. On the nose there are meaty and woody notes, which develop into savory spices. Vanilla sweetness is also found with gentle woody notes. The finish is long and lingering with a dryness to it.

From Highland distillery Mortlach, this whisky has been maturing in Virgin Oak, Tawny Port, and Red Muscat casks. This whisky has notes of sweet fruits, ginger and subtle spiciness, which leads into a long finish.
