The Goleta from 1919 distilling has been primarily matured in American Oak Barrels, with a secondary maturation in Spanish ex Pedro Ximinez Casks. Goleta is the Spanish word for schooner, the type of ship which transported Sherry from Spain.

There are notes of sultanas, dried fruits, rich chocolate, and a long satisfying finish.
