Macphail's 15 years old 40%

Matured for 15 years in ex-sherry casks, the MacPhail's single malt is sourced from a secret distillery in Speyside, matured under the care of Scotland's famous independent bottlers, Gordon & MacPhail. The casks have imparted a sweet flavour, like freshly stewed fruit (nectarine, peach) and raisins, balanced with a rich woodyness and dark, a mild, drying finish of bitter chocolate with nuts.
