An Iconic Speyside 'The Octave' 2011 / 12 years old 54.2%

This expression from Duncan Taylor, was distilled at an unknown iconic Speyside distillery, and aged for 12 years on oak, with a nine month finish in a single Octave, yielding just 89 bottles. It has been presented at cask strength (54.2%) and offers sweet sherry notes, candied sweets, sticky honey and powdered doughnuts alongside spritzes of pink grapefruit.
