Filled from a first-fill ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead, this Dailuaine is best described as a dessert whisky, carrying notes of Turkish delight, cinnamon dusted doughnuts and baked pears. The palate is dense and rounded, carrying a tone of fruit salad, spiced rhubarb and boiled toffees. A layered, lengthy finish with spices and citrus.
