Pork Cheeks

Pork cheeks (not the whole jowl) are small nuggets of meat marbled with fat. Once slow cooked a pork cheek will just melt in the mouth. Always in short supply.

Pork cheeks are small and no two are the same so we are packing in bags of 300g
