Wild ferment with some occasional lees sti r ring - combined with approx 30% new oak in this C hardonnay adds a bit of structure and mouth feel. Stayed in barrel for 10 months before being bottled. Vegan.

Rain fell at some critical times to enable healthy vine function and a true 'indian summer' lead to great ripening weather. -a perfumed, structured, easy drinking Pinot Noir2023 was a challenging year but we managed to hold the fruit on the vines as long as possible and create a Pinot Noir we are proud of. We hand picked 1T of clone 5 into 2 barrels for 12 months.Aromas of red and dark berry fruit, cloves and cinnamon which linger to an earthy finish. Vegan.

-a clean, crisp and fruit forward style RoséWe hand picked only the largest bunches of Pinot Noir from around our vineyard to created a juicy, fruit forward Rosé. 2024 was warm and dry which created the perfect growing conditions for our fruit.
