Edradour 30 years old 'Chateauneuf-du-Pape Hogshead' 55.1%

This Single Cask expression from Edradour Distillery was released to celebrate the distillery's 200th anniversary in 2025. It has spent its full 30 years maturing in a single ex CNDP Hogshead before being bottled at the cask's natural strength. On the nose there are aromas of roasted plums, red berries, polished oak and hints of cedar and green tobacco. The palate is rich and full bodied, with notes of cherry compote, dark chocolate, black tea and leather, alongside hints of nuttiness.
