Edradour 30 years old 'Sherry Casks Batch No.1' 56.3%

This 30 year old expression from Edradour Distillery was released to celebrate the distillery's 200th anniversary in 2025. It is the product of just two first fill Oloroso Butts that were laid down in 1995 and was bottled without dilution after three decades of maturation. There are notes of sweet spice, boozy dark fruits, toasted oak alongside sweet toasted walnuts, marmalade and dark chocolate.
