This new limited edition Glencadam was matured for a total of 17 years, with its final maturation taking place in French Calvados (apple brandy) casks. These barrels really bring out the fruity character distillery, with plenty of spiced, cooked apples with flaky pastry and a rich butterscotch. Touches of chocolate and stem ginger come through in the long finish.
