NZ Born and Bred Free Range back bacon cured without added nitrites and naturally smoked with Manuka and Oak wood. Cured with just sea salt, brown sugar and sage (a natural preservative) this bacon is how bacon used to be.

Please note that as a result of no added preservatives nitrate free bacon looks brown rather than pink.

Each packet weighs about 220g.
