Woodys Salami is made with lean free range meat and juicy fat from the legs and shoulders of our pigs. This Salami has a mild flavour, perfect for children and those who prefer less herbs and pepper. This salami is smoked and cooked.

Available as a whole chub (about 250g, unsliced)

Our Salami is gluten free and contains 0.3% preservative (sodium nitrite) to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
